The Republican party today is filled with grown-up grade school bullies.  Yet I can’t help wondering; based on their powerful rhetoric as well as passionate, yet caustic speeches; if they feel so strongly as they clearly do, why none at all of them shall suit up in some BDU’s, put on an ALICE pack, sling a CAR-15 on a shoulder as well as go off to fight the holy crusade?
Here’s why:

1. They trust none at all of what they say.  Modern U.S. politicians, Republicans especially, are mindless ass-clowns.  They are mental as well as spiritual prostitutes, with D.C. putting the back alleys of Bangkok to shame.  In today’s current iteration of the fictional game we call “American Democracy”, they shall say as well as do anything that they think shall generate popular support from the middle-class, as well as ensure re-election.  They really could care less about immigration, abortion, gay rights, religion etc.  All they desire to know is: what do I require to tell the middleclass in order to get re-elected?  Rule number 1: get re-elected.
2. Republicans are more concerned about large scale psychological mind control, than they are about debating real issues, because of the fact that if convincing the middleclass that they care about real issues fails, they go to “Plan B” - Fear. 
Right now, the fear du jure is terrorism.  A decade or two ago, the big fear was “crime” as well as winning the “war on drugs”.  If the Republicans can paint a horrible sufficient future reality on behalf of you as well as with the help of cable news, get you go trust it, as well as then convince you that the Republicans are the only way to safety as well as security, they win as well as you loose.  Check Mate. 
On a side note, do you know why the fear strategy seems to at all times work?  It’s because of the fact that European Americans – i.e. “white folk” – get scared easily when you start talking about different skin colors, different cultures as well as non-Christian religions.  It’s because of the fact that on behalf of all Americans as a whole, we get scared when they start to discuss horrible deaths by means of anthrax, small pox, beheadings, “dirty bombs” as well as portable nuclear devices, etc.  The Republicans play on the fear as well as ignorance of the middleclass.  Playing on this fear is the U.S. politicians “Ace” they can play when times get tough.
You have to understand one simple fact.  Modern U.S. politics is not about helping the middleclass or protecting the environment.  Modern U.S. politics is not even about protecting the Constitution or about America.  Modern U.S. politics is a business, pain as well as simple as well as Republicans excel at political entrepreneurship. 
A baker goes to work as well as bakes as well as sells bread.  A politician goes to work as well as sells the ability to modification the rules of the game (i.e. pass laws) in favor of their current customer, that customer being the highest bidder.  A baker uses flour, baking soda, yeast, water, etc, as ingredients to create their product.  A politician uses, lies, flattery, “flip flops”, flowery oratory, false sincerity as well as the masterful suppression of morals, ethics, social responsibility as well as basic Human kindness as ingredients in their product as well as service.
For the U.S. politician, it’s about solving this simple riddle: my job is to do whatever the highest bidder pays me to do as well as not get arrested, until we find a way to modification the very laws that could get me arrested.  How do I accomplish this without the middleclass finding out as well as operational me out of town?
It’s said that the U.S. President is the an estimated all powerful person in the world.  If you trust that, then there’s no hope on behalf of you.  Today, no one runs on behalf of the office of President.  You manufacture a joint investment with wealthy, morally questionable people to lease the Office of President on behalf of a maximum of 8 years.  In that time, you endeavour to accomplish whatever wealth generating schemes you can get away with.  If you require some “muscle” to accomplish some of your goals, you can leverage the police/court system (internally) as well as the military (externally).  Who ever occupies the Office of the President, V. Pres, Cabinet seats, etc. are just public faces to the world of cable news, public heros the middleclass hope their children aspire to be and indentured servants on behalf of up to 8 years to a small group of very wealthy as well as usually ethically bankrupt individuals.
Does it have to be this way?  No.  Are the Democrats saints?  No, but today, the Republicans are obscenely out of control.  Be that as it may as well as unfortunately, this is the reality experienced today in the Land of the Free.
